This is a really fun way to learn basic watercolour skills. PLUS... you can impress the kids, and the grand kids!

In this workshop we will learn to paint funky frogs, angry birds, loony lions and all kinds of magical animals!

This style of painting is ideal for beginners. This will be a fun session and no drawing skills are necessary. Templates are provided for you to trace and all materials are provided.

We will start by getting to know the materials you will be using... paints, brushes, palettes etc. 

Next we will do some simple exercises so you can get a feel for mixing and applying paint. We will learn how to create funny animals using different watercolour techniques. Then we'll follow up by adding a little line work to fine tune our little characters.

Finally, we will create some greeting card designs which we can glue to blank cards for you to take home. Don't worry, there will be plenty of examples for you to copy from.

Parking is available adjacent to the Bar Convent in Nunnery Lane Car Park. It is also on most bus routes and the Train Station is within easy walking distance.
